Operations that run themselves.
You set the playbook. The system carries it out across every order, route and exception, and brings you only what deserves your attention.
The singularity, quietly.
Every delivery operation runs on a hundred small decisions a day. Which driver. Which partner. What to do when the dock is closed, the order is late, the customer moved the window.
Today those decisions live in the heads of the people on the floor. They are made well, and made again tomorrow, and the day after.
The logistics singularity is the point where those decisions stop needing someone to hold them. Not because people leave the loop. Because they move up it.
People set the playbook. The system runs it.
What we are building toward. Illustrative only: none of this is available yet, and the details will be shaped by the operators in the program.
-
Playbooks, not tickets
Describe how your operation should behave in plain language. Cutoffs, priorities, which provider covers which zone. The platform turns it into rules it follows on every order.
-
Dispatch that decides
Each order is matched to the right driver or delivery partner the moment it lands. Your own fleet first, partners when it makes sense, all inside the rules you set.
-
Exceptions, handled
A late pickup, a closed dock, a missed window. The system resolves what the playbook already covers, and brings you the rest with the context to decide in seconds.
-
One view of every mile
Your own drivers and your delivery partners in a single picture, tracked the same way and held to the same standard, so the customer only ever sees one promise.
The Operator Program
It only works if the playbook is written by the people who actually run delivery, so we are starting with them. A small group of operations, logistics and dispatch leaders, paid to shape the platform while it is still being designed.
- Paid per task
- Typically $XX per task, stated before you start. Paid out through Tremendous or a similar service.
- Short, flexible work
- Reviewing early product ideas, quick usability sessions, and the occasional deeper project. Take the ones that fit your week.
- Your judgment, built in
- The rules this system follows should come from people who have run a dock at 5am. Your feedback goes straight to the team designing it.
This is a paid research program, not employment. Participation is voluntary. Research is conducted on behalf of a logistics technology company, which will be identified to participants at the end of their engagement.
